Welcome to MediaPTC, a digital earning and advertising platform that provides Paid-to-Click (PTC) advertisements, microtasks, social media services, advertising campaigns, referral rewards and other online earning opportunities.

By creating an account, accessing our website, viewing advertisements, completing tasks, purchasing services, creating advertising campaigns or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use MediaPTC.

1. Eligibility

  1. You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.

  2. You must meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your country.

  3. Each person is allowed to maintain only one MediaPTC account, unless MediaPTC expressly authorizes otherwise.

  4. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented or shared with another person.

  5. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  6. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

2. Account Registration

When registering on MediaPTC, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, email address and country.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in account suspension or termination.

MediaPTC reserves the right to verify account information when necessary for security, fraud prevention or payment processing.

3. One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person.

Creating or operating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, referrals, bonuses, advertisements or other benefits is strictly prohibited.

Multiple accounts may be permanently suspended and any associated earnings, bonuses or referral commissions may be cancelled.

4. Paid-to-Click (PTC) Advertisements

MediaPTC provides Paid-to-Click advertisements that allow eligible members to earn rewards by viewing qualifying advertisements.

To receive a PTC reward:

  • You must personally view the advertisement.

  • You must remain on the advertisement page for the required viewing period.

  • You must complete any required verification or CAPTCHA.

  • You must follow the instructions displayed on the advertisement.

  • You must not use automated software or scripts.

  • You must not manipulate the advertising system.

Rewards are credited only when the advertisement has been successfully completed and verified by the MediaPTC system.

5. Advertisement Clicking Rules

Members must perform genuine human activity.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Auto-clickers.

  • Bots.

  • Scripts.

  • Browser automation.

  • Traffic bots.

  • Artificial or automated traffic.

  • Click farms.

  • Proxy or VPN abuse intended to manipulate advertising activity.

  • Refreshing pages to generate artificial views.

  • Manipulating timers or verification systems.

  • Attempting to receive rewards without actually viewing advertisements.

  • Any method designed to bypass MediaPTC security or earning systems.

Fraudulent clicks or artificial activity may result in the cancellation of associated earnings and permanent account suspension.

6. Withdrawal Requirements

Members may request a withdrawal once they reach the minimum withdrawal amount displayed on the website.

Additional requirements may apply before a withdrawal can be processed.

For example, MediaPTC may require members to complete a specified number of qualifying advertisement clicks or other activities before becoming eligible to withdraw.

The withdrawal requirements displayed in the member dashboard at the time of the request are considered part of these Terms & Conditions.

MediaPTC may review withdrawals for fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, suspicious activity or violations of these Terms.

7. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method, verification requirements and internal processing procedures.

MediaPTC does not guarantee an exact processing time.

A withdrawal may be delayed or rejected if:

  • The account violates these Terms.

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.

  • The payment information is incorrect.

  • The payment account does not belong to the member.

  • Additional verification is required.

  • The payment provider rejects or reverses the transaction.

Any applicable processing fee will be displayed or communicated before the withdrawal is completed.

8. Payment Information

Members are responsible for providing correct payment information.

MediaPTC is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect payment address, account or wallet provided by the member.

Members must ensure that their payment account or wallet is capable of receiving the selected payment method.

9. Earnings and Rewards

MediaPTC does not guarantee a specific amount of income.

Earnings depend on available advertisements, tasks, campaigns, referral activity, account eligibility and other factors.

Advertising rates, task rewards, referral commissions, bonuses and earning opportunities may change at any time.

MediaPTC may correct or reverse rewards that were credited incorrectly due to technical errors, fraudulent activity or system abuse.

10. Referral Program

Members may participate in the MediaPTC referral program when available.

Referral commissions are calculated according to the referral rules displayed on the website.

The following are prohibited:

  • Self-referrals.

  • Creating accounts for yourself using different information.

  • Fake referrals.

  • Purchasing or selling MediaPTC accounts.

  • Manipulating referral activity.

  • Using fraudulent traffic to generate referral commissions.

Referral commissions obtained through fraudulent activity may be removed.

11. Microtasks and Online Tasks

MediaPTC may provide microtasks, social media tasks, engagement tasks, surveys or other online activities.

Members must complete tasks honestly and according to the instructions provided.

Submitting false information, using automated tools, submitting duplicate results or attempting to manipulate task verification is prohibited.

Task rewards may be rejected when the submitted result does not satisfy the campaign requirements.

12. Social Media Services

MediaPTC may offer social media-related services, including services involving platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube or other social networks.

Members must use these services in accordance with the rules and policies of the relevant social media platform.

MediaPTC does not guarantee that third-party social media platforms will maintain followers, likes, views, subscribers or other engagement permanently.

Results may change due to removals, platform updates, algorithm changes or actions taken by third-party platforms.

13. Advertising Services

Advertisers may purchase advertising services through MediaPTC.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements, websites, landing pages and promotional material are legal and accurate.

Advertisements must not contain:

  • Illegal products or services.

  • Malware or malicious software.

  • Phishing websites.

  • Fraudulent schemes.

  • Misleading claims.

  • Harmful content.

  • Content that violates applicable laws.

  • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Any material prohibited by MediaPTC.

MediaPTC reserves the right to reject, pause or remove any advertising campaign that violates these Terms or creates a security, legal or reputational risk.

14. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers must provide accurate campaign information.

Advertisers must not intentionally create campaigns designed to generate fraudulent clicks, fake conversions or artificial engagement.

MediaPTC does not guarantee a specific number of clicks, visitors, conversions, followers or other results unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

15. Prohibited Activities

You may not use MediaPTC to:

  • Commit fraud.

  • Conduct illegal activities.

  • Attack or disrupt the website.

  • Attempt unauthorized access.

  • Exploit security vulnerabilities.

  • Upload malware.

  • Use bots or automated systems.

  • Manipulate advertisements.

  • Manipulate referrals.

  • Create multiple accounts.

  • Impersonate another person.

  • Abuse promotional bonuses.

  • Submit false information.

  • Circumvent account restrictions.

  • Attempt to manipulate balances or payment systems.

  • Engage in activities that damage MediaPTC, its advertisers or its members.

16. VPN, Proxy and IP Manipulation

MediaPTC may use IP addresses and other technical information for security, fraud prevention and account protection.

The use of VPNs, proxies or other methods to manipulate location, bypass account restrictions or create fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.

MediaPTC may apply additional security restrictions when suspicious IP or network activity is detected.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

MediaPTC reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate an account when there is evidence of:

  • Fraud.

  • Multiple accounts.

  • Fake clicks.

  • Automated activity.

  • Referral abuse.

  • Payment fraud.

  • Security violations.

  • Terms & Conditions violations.

  • Abuse of MediaPTC services.

Depending on the circumstances, fraudulent or improperly obtained earnings may be cancelled.

18. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

Never share your password with another person.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact MediaPTC Support as soon as possible.

MediaPTC will never ask you to provide your password through an unsolicited message.

19. Website Availability

MediaPTC attempts to keep the platform available and operational, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance.

  • Server problems.

  • Network problems.

  • Security measures.

  • Software updates.

  • Third-party service interruptions.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

20. Third-Party Services

MediaPTC may integrate third-party payment processors, advertising providers, social media platforms and other external services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

MediaPTC is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions or decisions made by third-party services.

21. Privacy

MediaPTC may collect and process information necessary to operate the platform, protect accounts, prevent fraud, process payments and provide services.

Personal information will be handled according to the MediaPTC Privacy Policy.

By using MediaPTC, you acknowledge that certain technical information, such as IP address, browser information and account activity, may be processed for security and fraud prevention purposes.

22. Intellectual Property

All MediaPTC website content, including logos, design elements, text, graphics, software and original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit MediaPTC content without prior authorization.

23. No Guarantee of Earnings

MediaPTC is an online earning and advertising platform.

We do not guarantee that any member will earn a specific amount of money.

Your earnings depend on the availability of advertisements, tasks, referrals, campaigns and other opportunities.

Results may vary between members.

24. Changes to the Platform

MediaPTC may add, remove or modify features, advertisements, earning methods, rewards, commissions, fees, withdrawal requirements or other services at any time.

Changes may be necessary for security, business operations, technical improvements or compliance requirements.

25. Changes to These Terms

MediaPTC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The latest version published on this page will apply to continued use of the platform.

Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MediaPTC is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Third-party payment processors.

  • Social media platform actions.

  • Internet or network failures.

  • Unauthorized access caused by compromised member credentials.

  • Temporary service interruptions.

  • Events outside MediaPTC's reasonable control.

27. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering for an account or continuing to use MediaPTC, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using MediaPTC and close your account.
